MHS Girls' Swim/Dive Team
2009-2010 Fundraising
Each season, the Girls' Swim/Dive Team has expenses that are not covered by the registration fee. These expenses include: Speedo warmup jackets for new swimmer/divers, spirit projects for team building, pasta dinner/end of season banquet supplies, Friday donuts, and state team support. There are two major fundraisers this season: Dinner at Noodles on November 11 and the Holiday See's Candy sale. Noodles. Great news! The Noodles fundraiser for MHS Girls Swim/Dive Team on November 11 earned nearly $475! The turnout was great. A big THANK YOU to everyone for coming to support the team and spreading the word!!!
See's Candy Sale. This is a reminder that the See's Candy Winter Fundraiser is due to the
Monarch Booster Club. Additional funds are allocated to the swim/dive team by the Monarch Booster Club for memberships, holiday wreath sales, and spring plant sales (if families select the Girls' Swim/Dive Team on the form). For purchases that benefit the team over time (purchase of parkas, record board, backstroke flags, etc.), we can also apply for a grant from the Monarch Booster Club. If you would prefer to make a cash donation instead, that would be greatly appreciated!
