Pasta Dinner. This week's pasta dinner will be at Elise Kinney's house. Please check What to Bring and see Pasta Dinner page for more directions.

Swim Meet. Monarch will host Fairview this week on Friday, January 27, at 4:00 PM. Class dismissal at 2:30 PM and warmups are at 3:00 PM. This will be our final home meet and graduating seniors will be recognized. As it is the last meet, there will be three heats of most events and the meet will run later than usual. With more heats planned for this meet and senior recognition, we are planning to have the diving portion first.

Practices. Swim and Diver practice on Saturday, January 28, from 6:00-8:00 AM. Pancake breakfast right after practice at Ciera Mendicino's house.

Looking Ahead...week of January 30 - February 5

This is a Taper week for swimmers - resting before the League Meet on February 4 & 5. Coach Ted has covered the Rules of Taper with the swimmers and they are posted here. It is important to attend all practices this week.

Practices. Normal diver practice. Swimmers will have one hour practices between 3:30 -5:30 PM after school. Coach Ted will let swimmers know which practice to plan for.

Pasta Dinner. This week's pasta dinner will be at Teylor Greff's house. Please check What to Bring and see Pasta Dinner page for more directions.

Swim Meet. This is the League Championship meet. Friday evening are prelims, diving prelims are on Saturday morning and Finals are on Saturday afternoon. All swimmers and divers attend.
